Karin Ellis is an IT engineer with 30 years of professional experience and 20 years of leadership experience in large international companies where she worked closely with people from around the world. In 2011, she founded her own company, Ellis Culture, developing and conducting job-related courses with specific tips on how to achieve better communication across cultures. Karin has written the books ‘Working with Norwegians’ and ‘Applying for jobs in Norway’, and is currently working on her third book about multicultural workplaces. She is also the Honorary Consul of Estonia in Bergen.
