Sarifa Moola-Nernæs is a mother, wife, activist, African feminist. She is a life coach, speaker, consultant. Sarifa Moola-Nernæs has a PhD in Sociolinguistics, focussed on language maintenance, shift in a minority immigrant community and Masters in Peace Studies.

For the past 10 years she has worked with social and economic inclusion of "refugees", peace and anti-racism, youth empowerment and leadership. Her talk «Motivation» provides the opportunity for participants to self reflect, shift the narrative about how they see themselves and to help them identify their purpose. These are some steps towards helping to create a sustainable business.
